Madonna is trending – but the actual news has nothing to do with Madonna.
The 62-year-old “Like a Prayer” music icon began trending on Twitter on Wednesday (November 25), and it’s because of a case of mistaken identity, as users are getting confused with condolence messages being left for Diego Maradona

Many of the tweets trending under “Madonna” are people pointing out that it was “Maradona,” who died, not “Madonna.”
Madonna, who is still alive and well, has not reacted to the Trending Topic news, however her account did just release a new HD version of the music video for her 2005 smash hit, “Hung Up.”
It was recently revealed that Madonna refused to work with this famous producer due to his astrological sign.
