Chrissy Teigen is carefully making an exchange amid quarantine for her kitchen needs.
The hilarious 34-year-old Lip Sync Battle star posted an offer to her followers on Monday (March 23), offering to make banana bread for anyone that has romaine lettuce.
“The trade will be made 6 feet apart and we will place the goods on the floor. no funny business,” she wrote.
She ended up accepting an offer from YouTuber Chris Klemens, who was in the area.
The two then arranged their meeting.
“Crap @ChrisKlemens I only have enough for one banana bread and john is not happy I’m trading it. Would you accept half a banana bread? please … my family. Have mercy on us,” she wrote.
“Am I… fighting with John Legend over banana bread?? Lmfao yes that is fine,” he responded.
The two finally exchanged goods on Tuesday (March 24) in a church parking lot in Studio City, Calif. Chris brought measuring tape to ensure their six feet of distance, and John brought a toy car to wheel out the goods.
“It was so hard not to hug you both,” Chrissy later wrote of the social distanced exchange – and everyone got what they wanted in the end!
See the funny saga…
