A Management Consultant and member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants, Ghana, Dr. Charles Kwening, has challenged management consultants and administrators especially in the public sector to exhibit Integrity in their profession.

He noted that maintaining integrity and reputation is key in a competitive global market, emphasizing the need for consultants and administrators to speak the truth without fear or favour.

“Undoubtedly, the growth and development of government and the private sector in Ghana is replete with notable contributions by administrators and management consultant professionals. It is with this benchmark that you are inducted today to champion the path of integrity, promote excellence and ensure professionalism in administration and management and consultancy practice, ” Dr. Kwening said at the 18th Induction and Graduation Ceremony of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC) in Accra.

Board Chairman of the Institute, Paul Hammond, said the CIAMC program is designed to raise the standards of professional practice.

“We are positioning administration practice as a specialized field of study with substitute corporate and national decision making, in recognition of administration as a pivot of corporate success.”

The two-year program seeks to effectively train individuals in administration and consultancy to help solve crisis in their institutions and professions.
