Black Stars head coach Kwesi Appiah has named a 30 man provisional squad for the 2019 African Cup of Nations.
The squad would later be whittled down to 23 for the finals which kicks off next month in Egypt.
Appiah leaves out the unlikely duo of Kevin-Prince Boateng and Sulley Muntari, whom some people were clamouring to return to the team, but adds Asamoah Gyan despite reports he would leave him out.
Ghana would be fighting for her 5th Afcon crown at the 2019 tournament, having spectacularly failed to win any silverware since 1982.
